Comunicato circa l'udienza.
Il giorno 23 Giugno 2010 si è tenuta la seconda udienza del processo Arkeon presso il Tribunale di Bari.
Il Collegio giudicante ascoltate tutte le eccezioni degli avvocati degli imputati ha confermato nel processo la presenza del CeSAP e dell'Ordine degli Psicologi come Parti C ivili, oltre che di tutte le altri parti lese.
Non è stata accettata la richiesta di costituzione come parte civile della Favis, del Codacons e dell'Arcigay.
Gli avvocati di queste ultime associazioni, intendono ricorrere a tale ordinanza.
La prossima udienza si terrà il 13 ottobre 2010.
Contemporaneamente diverse altre indagini sono partite coinvolgendo a vario titolo altri membri di Arkeon.

The second hearing for the Arkeon trial was held in Bari, at the local Court of Law on June 23, 2010.
After examining all the objections of the counsel for the defence, the court confirmed the Centre of Studies on Psychological Abuse (Ce.S.A.P.) and the Association of Chartered Psychologists as plaintiffs in the proceedings, besides all other injured parties.
The claims of FAVIS, CODACONS and ARCIGAY were rejected. The counsel for the defence of these associations intend to appeal against the decision.
The next hearing will be held on 13 October 2010.
Meanwhile, new investigations are started on other members of Arkeon for various offenses.
